This is to notify the general public/land owners to clear the annual land and house taxes within 30th December 2017, failing which penalty will be imposed as per the existing norms.
During the payment of taxes, Gelephu Thromde has instituted a system of obtaining a plot jungle clearance from the concerned Demkhong Thuemis. Therefore, the land owners are requested to obtain the clearance from their respective Thuemis.
The land tax for the LAP III and LAP IV has been revised from Nu. 0.10/sqft to 0.15/sqft during the special Thromde Tshogde held on 24th October 2017.
