The Executive Secretary, Gelephu Thromde conferred the Royal Civil Service Awards to 26 officials working under Gelephu Thromde on 15th December, 2017 at Gelephu Thromde Office Premises. From the Total of 26 employees working under various profession, 3 were the recipients of 30 years and above Dedicated Civil Service Award, 3 were the recipients of 20 years and above Dedicated Service Award and 20 were the recipients of 10 years and above Dedicated Service Award.

The Award Ceremony was witnessed by Dasho Thrompon, Division Heads, School Principals and employees under Gelephu Thromde. The Royal Civil Service Awards were conferred to the recipients in keeping with the Royal Command issued to the Royal Civil Service Commission and also as per the Chapter 22 of Bhutan Civil Service Rules and Regulations 2012 for their dedicated service to the Tsa-wa-sum.
