Builders, Sarpang at their evaluated price of Nu. 8,398,530.00 (Ngultrumn Eight Million Three Hundred Ninety Eight Thousand Five Hundred and Thirty) only as the firm has scored the highest overall price preference financial score in accordance to clause 29 of ITB.
