Ltd., Sarpang at their evaluated price of Nu. 10,346,099.69 (Ngultrumn Ten Million Three Hundred Fourty-Sixty Thousand Ninety-Nine and Chetrumn Sixty-Nine) only as the firm has scored the highest overall price preference financial score in accordance to clause 29 of ITB.
