Ltd., Sarpang at their evaluated price of Nu. 31,661,890.76 (Ngultrumn Thirty-One Million Six Hundred Sixty-One Thousand Eight Hundred Ninety and Chetrumn Seventy Six) only as the firm has scored the highest overall price preference financial score in accordance to clause 29 of ITB.
