This is to notify all residents of Gelephu Throm that in order to enhance water supply services in an efficient and effective manner, Thromde developed a new water consumer feedback system where the water consumers are required to provide feedback, through an activity logbook distributed for every field staff, immediately on completion of services carried out by the deployed field staff.
