In line with the Rule No. 10 (b) of the Asset Declaration Rule 2017, Asset Declaration Administrator, Gelephu Thromde would like to inform that the Annual Asset Declaration for the calendar year 2017 will commence from 1st February 2018 till 31st March 2018 . Therefore, all covered person as per the Asset Declaration rules 2017 (i.e., P5 and above excluding teachers, School Principals/Vice principals, S level Junior Engineers/Assistant Engineers-IV and all those who are under the accounts & procurement services categories) are requested to declare their assets within the mentioned deadline.

Those employees on initial appointment in January, 2018 shall also declare their assets as assumption of office within the same deadline.
