Dasho Thrompon, Dasho ES  and Gelephu Thromde staffs  remarked Zero Waste Hour  as initiated by 
National Environment Commission Secretariat (NECS) that was launched by Her Majesty ,The Gyaltsuen on 2nd June 
2019 to commemorate the Coronation Day of His Majesty ,The Fourth Druk Gyalpo.

Gelephu Thromde shall continue to observe at least an hour on the second day of every month as the “Zero Waste Hour” to promote Bhutan’s vision of Zero Waste policy that would ultimately impact positive behavioural change and beliefs towards the creation of zero waste Thromde for zero waste Bhutan.
